Nightingale NJ is dedicated to assisting older adults navigate the healthcare system and maintain control of their lives throughout the aging process. An Eldercare Navigator acts as a liaison between the client, their family members and healthcare providers, with the goal of improving continuity of care.
Individuals
If you have been blessed with long years, you know that change is a fact of life. It would be nice sometimes to have a breather from all this change, but aging only seems to accelerate it!
Families
Families need a clinical point person who advocates purely for their loved one, who understands the entire picture, who makes sense of the moving pieces, who is there over the long haul, and who can be trusted to guide them as a truly effective support team.
Professionals
As a financial or legal advisor to elderly clients, you carry the responsibility of conveying to them both the importance of planning, and the future implications of their decisions.
